8月4日，《我们》携手“2008奥运•冠军论坛”，以“什么造就了冠军”为核心问题组织了一场主题讨论。到场的嘉宾有：英国前首相托尼•布莱尔、联想控 股有限公司总裁柳传志、冠军论坛创始人艾伦•斯奈德、乒乓球世界冠军刘伟以及著名音乐家谭盾。他们凭借在各自领域杰出的表现成为我们心目中当之无愧的冠军。我们也希望分享他们对于奋斗、对于成功的人生感悟。

4th auguster, TV program had formed up an topic discussion namely “what achieved the champion?” as a part of the title ‘Olympic champion forum 2008′. 5 VIPs had been attended, the most famous one is the former president of Britain, Blair, others are ECO from Legend group, founder of Champion forum, the world champion of table tennis, and the famous musician Mr.Tan. it was no doubt to say that they are champion in each of their field. and in this show, we hope to share the experience of their life of champion.

活动开场，在我们的红话筒前，十位来自北大、清华、复旦、悉尼大学、哈佛大学、斯坦福大学等高等学府的学生代表，就想与现实、成功与成长、逆境与磨难等方面的困惑征求嘉宾的看法，而各位嘉宾也诚恳地与青年们交流自己生命中的宝贵经验，鼓励他们勇敢地追求自己的理想。

at the beginning of this show, 10 representatives from Perking University, TShinghua University, Fudan University, the University of Sydney, Harvard, Stanford, had asked VIPs many questions. those questions are related to dream and reality, success and grow, adverse circumstances and suffering. and VIPs had answered those questions from their own poiont of view verey honest, exchanged experiences with those representatives, and courage them to run after their dream bravelly.

对于“在职业选择中，到底是选择喜欢的还是擅长的？”这个问题，柳传志给出这样的答案：兴趣非常重要，但是合适不合适自己更重要。比如我中学时非常喜欢打乒乓球，但是如果我把乒乓球冠军作为目标肯定没有成果。公司对目标的制定一定要慎重，严格。比方说在我那个年代，接人要给火车站打电话。电话经常占线，所以要坚持不懈的拨号，这时要我们坚持，可是如果号码错了，再怎么坚持永远也拨不通。

when answer the question that “choose the best loved occupation or best good at for occupation?”. Mr.Liu from Legend group had give an interesting answer, interesting is no doubt an essential element, but not more important than suitable. for example, I love playing table tennis during my secondary school, but I could not set the table tennis world champion as my goal of life. as a enterprise the goal setting is a serious job. backward to the early age, you have to make a phone call before you meet someone in station, the truth is line always busy, so we need to dial the number restlessly, so we need to persist under this circumstance, but if the number is not righr, event persit dialing restless will not leads any result.

有学生请问谭盾先生“创新与传统之间有怎样的关系？”谭盾说，本次奥组委给我出了个难题，让我为冠军颁奖礼创作音乐。面对这个难题，我心中的指南针自然而然引导我在中国的传统文化中寻找答案。中国传统文化中有一个重要的因素就是平衡，同时我认为成为冠军所必须具备的素质之一也是平衡，心理与身体的平衡，外界因素与自身反应的平衡等，循着这个方向，我最后决定了我创作的方向。也就是说，创新与传统是不可分割的，当你感到困惑和迷茫的时候，可以反思自己的文化根源，在传统文化中找到创新的力量源泉。

a student had asked Mr.Tan that “what is the exactly relationship between creative and traditional ?” He answered, the Olympic committee had lead him a puzzle that creat music for champion awarding. when he was facing this puzzle, the compass in his heart naturely lead him to search the answer from the traditional culture. Balance is a essencial element in the traditinal culture, and in the mean while he thought it is also a must have calibre for a champion, the balance between mental and physical, outer world and inner reaction. and this balance issue finally dominated the direction of my music creation. also means that, creative is inseparable with traditional, you should consider about the cultrue root and looking for the new inspiration from traditional culture when you feel cofused in a maze.

曾经是乒乓球世界冠军的刘伟，退役后选择读书，进而留校任教。她在谈到成为冠军的必要条件时，这样解答：当我还在山东体校训练的时候，我就决定，要做一个 不同凡响的人，虽然那时候还不能完全明白这句话的意义，但是那时候我就是这么想的。别人都可以做到的事就让别人去做，我们应该下决心做一件只有自己可以完成的事情。并且遇到困难永不言弃。

the former table tennis champion Mr.Liu, answerd that, He had decided to be a ditinguished one when he was just join the training school in Shandong. although he did not completely understand the meaning of distinguished one, he decided anyway. let others achieve what they are able to, we should make up our mind that working on one thing that only can be achieved by myself, and never give up when confront obstacles.

面对“如何观察自己，以确定自己正在通往成为冠军的正确道路上”布莱尔答道我上大学的时候，从来没想过要做首相和政治家。但当我觉得我要改变世界的时候， 当你做出选择你就要为之付出全身心。如果这个目标不但给你有好处，还对别人有好处，那就很幸福了。我觉得这并不是谁更有雄心，谁做第一个，我想比这个更重要的是，前面有人提过团队工作是非常重要的，我们谈的很多跟个人有关，但是有时候团队更会出现奇迹。

when answer the question about how to observe yourself on the road to success, Mr.Blair said that, ” I never thought I could be a polician or president in my university life, but when I tought it is time for change the world I made the decision, once you made the decision you should concentrate all your energy on the goal. if the goal will bring both you and others benefits, then it would be happy. I think this is not about who is stronger, or who is the No.1, team work is more improtant, what we talking about here are much related individuals but in fact mirocle are likely to take place in team working.”

悉尼大学教授艾伦·斯奈德则认为教育对于任何想要获得成功的人来说都是非常必要的，而勇气是成功路上一路向前的重要支撑。主持人总结几位的成功经验：“认清自己、百折不挠”
