the problem is located on CVs

well, I had been working on job hunting for about a whole week, and attended about 4 or 5 times of interviews, all of them turns out no results. anyway, I do not feel any frustrated but I thought maybe there is actually something wrong about myself.

after consider all facts in the job hunting session, I realized that there are several big mistake in my CVs, as you know, I had been graduated for more than 4 years now, and gained lots of working experience in different industries, had been played various job role in my career history, but I did not consider carefully about what those company what to see in a CV, just put every thing I think is important on the CV, and this might be the biggest mistake I did make. so today I resort all details on my CV, and try to switch to a new point of view from the company’s perspective. after modified the CV, I feel much much more confident about my job hunting session tomorrow. I have the ability but just forgot the job hunting session is the same as to persuade a clinet, that means you definitely need to show what is your advantage which others are not calibered, and persuade them to provide you the opportunites, especially during the interview, forgot about all those unimportant and unrelated facts which you might think important but has nothing to do with the company.

and physical exercise continues executed today, but not the running session, caused by the coincedence meeting of MR.Martin, yeah, I think I started changed my attitude on dealing with people now, and I did make myself a plan, which means never give up any opportunities to got the acquaintance of strangers. that is a definitely strong ability which will brings you a happy life.

today, I meet the girl living in the neibghood, and an ordinary family in the other side of my door. well, that is good, because I think I finanlly make this frist step. and it result good. I love it. the conversation with different people are treasure experience for everyone. and the most important is that you will be able to got what you what as you cracked those persons. I began to love this talking crack job.

all right, I think later I will improve some contacts surround my house, and expand my acquaintance. this is the definitely way to increase my popularity and opportunites.
